Hell if it's a dealership and they really want to make the sale (and they do) they'll pay for it. Many of these places have a subscription and they just pay monthly I think...

 

its not a dealership and if someone has paid for an unlimited then i donr need to pay for a single.

 

Well I know nobody on here. Get the private seller to carfax it if they want it sold they can prove it to you 20 bucks is nothing if they make the sell and if they don't make the sale they have the carfax right there for the next guy in line...
