have an '04 Durango that my wife drives (i have the 07' superbee) anyway i jump into the durango this evening and the engine stays on. i turned off the engine and restarted just to see, but to no avail. my insists that it was not on earlier today. The caravan i used to have had a self diagnostic "thingy" (cycle the key 3 times etc..). i tried that with the durango and i think i got 1 tone. however i'm not sure if this even a diagnostic setup plz help. i cant have the wife driving my brand new Bee lol.

 

if you have a trip reset button on the instrument panel you need to hold button in and do the key trick. the mileage gage if it is electronic will give the data you are looking for.
