I just rolled off the lot with a 2006 Dodge Durango SLT. It has the 4.7 AWD. I was wondering if there was any CAI out there for the durango. Also, im very used to HID kits since my last car was an Infiniti G35. Is there anyone who has HIDS installed? Where did you get them, and how do you get to the bulbs? Changing the Bulbs in the Durango Doesnt seem all that easy

Oh, im also looking for running boards. Anyone know a good place to get them? i dont want the Nerf bars.

 

Hello, I just took delivery of my 2006 D SLT 2 wheel drive, Hemi on 2 MAR, it is bright silver and I put some Weathertech window vent shields on it, OEM Mopar splash guards. I put the 20" Dodge wheels I had on my old Dodge Truck, I don't have a pic yet as I just put them on today, Thursday.

While I was waxing the D I got polish on the black door handles etc, etc, etc. A buddy told me to get some McGuire's Tire shine or Hot shine is what I had and put it on the black parts. The white residual polish dissappeared and it dried in about an hour. I used a Q-Tip & a rag, my wife said I was crazy, but I love my new D !!!

I am thinking about changing my strock side view mirrors for the 6 x 9 mirrors that the factory installs on the vehicles with a Tow package. My D didn't have the Factory tow package and part of the deal was for the dealer to install a Class IV hitch and trailer light plug.
