I've been lookin for a newer car and came across some Dodges, I don't really know too much about domestics, my forte is Imports..

? Is that I have done some research on the 00 Intrepid and noticed that the 2.7L Engine is junk

I have looked into a 00 Intrepid 58k Miles and an 02 Stratus 4 Banger 78k,I guess there still partnered with Mitsubishi

My question is it worth buying an Intrepid, I don't know if it has the 3.2 or 2.7 motor

I prefer the first gen (prior to 00), they only came with the 3.2 or 3.5. The 3.5 is a great engine, and from what I hear the 3.2 isn't bad. The 3.5 has features the 3.2 dosen't have (like the knock sensors, and twin throttle boddies) so it's not just a size issue. I'd try and hold out for one of these.
