Default 99 intrepid sits for a day wont start

I recently bought a 99 Intrepid and I am totally baffled with one problem. It normally runs great. But if it sits for just one day with out being ran, I have no power. To the point that when I open the door the Odometer doesnt even light up. I then jump start it and it will run fine all day as long as I am using it. I have replaced the battery with a Heavy Duty battery, also replaced the ground cable, and I have taken it to the Dodge dealer and they say there is something in the Power Distribution Center pulling too much power. And of course they wanted to keep my car for another 2 hours to pull the PDC out to find the problem. Can anyone help me here? I do have some car smarts, but this has my husband even stumped.

High current draw on the battery with the ignition OFF will discharge a battery. After a dead battery is serviced the vehicle Ignition Off Draw (IOD) should be checked. Determine if a high current draw condition exists first check the vehicle with a test lamp.[*]Verify that all electrical accessories are OFF. [ul][*]Remove key from ignition switch[*]Turn off all lights[*]Liftgate and glove box door is closed[*]Sun visor vanity lights are OFF[*]All doors are closed[*]Allow the Illuminated Entry System to time out in approximately 30 seconds, if equipped.[*]During Transmission Control Module (TCM) power down there will be 500 milliamperes present for 20 minutes. Afterwards less than 1.0 milliampere. [/ul][*]Disconnect battery negative cable Disconnect Battery Negative Cable[*]With a test light and the car has been off for 15 min and the light is on start pulling fuses and see where the ckt is that is pulling your batt down.
