I have a 98 Intrepid that has an intermittent starting problem. It turns over just fine, but acts like it is getting no fuel.After several attempts and typically some time left alone, it will fire right up and run just fine. You never nowhen this is going to happen.The shop had it in for 3 days and their best guess was a fuel pump - not the right one. Whenit runs it runs fine. Anyoneelse have this problem, orheard of it?

 

yea, I had a similar problem that turned out to be a MAP sensor. Do a search on this site and you can learn more. As to weather or not this is the cause of your trouble, it is only one possibility.
