Default Radiator Fan issue

Hi everyone,
I hope someone can shed some light on this problem for me. I recently noticed my 2000 ES was beginning to overheat. I checked the fans and found that one of the radiator fans was ceased up. So I replaced the entire unit both fans and assembly. While I was at it I replaced the the radiator and thermostat. All is well except that one of the fans will not turn on. This is a brand new unit. I noticed it happens to be the same side that the fan ceased up on the old unit. Is there some sort of fuse that could have blown when the old one ceased up that needs to be replaced. Any help would be appreciated!

There's relay's in the power distribution center for the fans.
