A fast turn signal usually indicates a bad turn signal bulb. Check all of your turn signal bulbs for working and at the proper brightness.

Can I do this or do I need to take it to the Dodgedealer to have it done? Thanks!
I have a 2000 Intrepid. I check my codes by turning my key forward three times and leaving it on the on position. It will read any codes you have.

there are two 10amp PCM fuses. Remove them for a couple minutes. Disconnecting the battery will only give you a nother code.
