Engine Codes p0132 and p0152
Hi, I have a 2002 Dodge Intrepid 2.7 L. At first my engine code read p0441; however, when I replaced my O2 sensors (all 4), the code now reads p0132 and p0152 (upstream O2 voltage operating above normal range). I will perform the checks with the voltmeter to measure the readings. If I find fault in O2 sensors, I will replace; however, if the fault lies between the connector and the PCM - oh boy... Any suggestions? Please Help.
When my 02 2.7 Intrepid spit out the code p0441, I took it to a dealer to have a smoke test. They found a bad hose, which is located on top of the fuel tank (of course). So, removal of the fuel tank is necessary to fix that problem. So far - so good, and no MIL. If you want to do things yourself, get the smoke test, which may cost $100.00 plus, but at least the dealer or mechanic of your choice can find the leak. You can replace the part yourself. Find out what else you need to do to clear the codes or get emmissions back to normal.
