Default I'm thinking about buying a 98 3.2 ES....

First, it has 113k miles. What problems should I expect to see? The dealer doesn't know much aboutthe vehicle, but I can tell it hasn't been in an accident. I wanted to know if it would be worth buying it, or if I'm going to spend more than it's worth to maintain it. I had a 1997 3.5 ES and ataround 75k miles the tranny went on it. I don't want to go thru the same thing w/ this car. I took it for a test drive, and it seems to ride smooth. Are there tranny issues w/ this model? It has the AutoStick, and it seemed to function properly when I drove it. I saw something in a forum about the timing belts on these models, should I be concerned? Is there a way to tell if the timing belt has already been replaced w/o taking the engine apart? I'm trying to do as much troubleshooting as I can before I commit to something I will regret later on. I plan on changing the fluids out and getting a tune up on it after I buy it. What other maintenance should be performed at this point, assuming the prior owner did nothing? Thanks for the help in advance.
