Default whir when cold.

99' Crysler concorde 3.2 V6

She does this low whir whir noise when its just been started and goes away after the car heats up.. I know the timing belt needs to be replaced soon dunno if its the tensioner on the belt thats acting up. or if its just the serpentine belt or the steering pump, cant really tel. Anyone ever have this noise? Only happens when idling, if I rev the engine it doesnt make that noise.

thanks!
