Need to change the serpentine & ac belt. What is the easiest way to get at the idler & tensioner. DoI need to remove the radiator crossmember bar that sits over the fans? Thats the only way I can see unless I can go in from underneath. I'm guessing for the AC idler, I do need to go from underneath.

 

I have a 2.7 liter, 2002 Intrepid. I had to remove the radiator crossmember in order to get to the tensioner.
