hey i just recently did the swap on my intrepid. try and stick with the same year but a 01 should also fit. you are going to need the engine, engine harness, exhaust converters because they are like 2 inches shorter, a/c compressor and lines, starter, power steering pump and tank. the 2.7 is mounted on the pump, the 3.2 and 3.5 is mounted on the frame, radiator, trans cooler lines, engine oil cooler lines. you might as well replace the timing belt and waterpump before you put the new engine in.
overall its not a bad swap, if you get a decent salvage yard they should be able to get you everything you need. i probably had around 8 hours into swapping everything.
hope all goes well
