Exclamation 3.2L Nightmere Help!

OK well for the past 2 or 3 months my car has been throwing codes left and right.

First my camshaft sensor, replaced and worked fine.

The output and input sensors, replaced and worked fine.

Had to replace the battery and that took some time.

Now this is where I am really confused. So I got another code for the camshaft sensor,

and so i took it back to the shop and he tried to hook up the obdII to my computer and

when he did he said he could not read the computer? He said there could be a short? or a

fuse and worse case the computer is bad. That's not what confused me, since the code

came back on the car has been hard to start up but it would turn over after a few

seconds, but now it starts right up and the code for the sensor is gone?? he never did

anything with the obdII since he could not connect but now the car seems like it is going

to die like it will idle really high the rpms will jump then go down and the car loses power? I

check the codes and now I have P1391 & P0700.

I have been to and from the shop almost every other weekend trying to fix the problems

on this car, I just got the Haynes Repair Manual and I am trying to read as much as I can

but I hope somone here can point me in a direction. I would love to just trade the car or

sell it but its not an option I have no money to buy another car used or new so I must

make this car work as long as I can. Now I read around the forums and they said it could

be the spark plugs? well if thats the case np but what about the OBDII not being able to

read my computer??

Thanks for the help guys!
