Default problem removing valve body

Having trouble pulling valve body. Car is on ramps, have taken manual shift lever off- after turning clockwise to rear of car, and pulled position sensor harness, but body wiggles and is not dropping. Is it possible that front wheels need to be free- or is o ring on man shift post and sensor dried tight.

Pan and perimeter bolts are off

Default 42LE valve body

2003 Intrepid ES had a P1776 code after warm-up. Was pulling valve body to replace solenoid pack, but seems stuck -

shift post o-ring was dried tight- used penetrating fluid and reached up and pulled down with a glove hand while right hand held body from falling on ground- keep your head away !
