Many, many things can cause an engine to stall. When starting to troubleshoot start with the basics. Fuel, fire, air, then go from there. If the engines not turning over (just clicking), it may be as simple as a dirty intermittent ground (or power) or a bad battery. Try starting with the lights on and the door open (so you can see the dome light). Do they dim excessively or go out?
Are there any other indications eg an engine light, or codes? Has regular maintenance been done? How many miles on the car and how was it driven?

since i have have had it its had all its stuff its needed oil changes ect,but its only been 25 miles since last oil change i cant get the cam on the right side or the harmonic balancer to move what could that mean
I hope you put a new belt, tensiner and water pump. The water pump isn't as important (just saves future work...change while in there) but if you got luck the first time and didn't cause damage, you may not get so lucky in the future.
If you didn't change the belt and not the rt cam and crank don't move, you probably damaged the right head. If you are lucky, the pistons are ok, and you are looking at a head job (no more than a few hundred at a machine shop).
