Default noise caused by pulleys.

I have a 2000 Intrepid 2.7. I have had all the pulleys and belts replaced. When driving I hear a noise coming from the middle to passenger side of the engine. There is no noise when the car is started without the belts but returns when the belts are on.

I am tierd of my car sitting at the shop. Any Ideas?

What kind of noise? A belt slipping noise can be quitted by some belt dressing (from an auto parts store), but why were all the pulleys changed? The sound may be a bad bearing and you should go back to the shop so they can replace it if necessary.
