Well I have a 1998 Dodge Intrepid ES. And since I got it a few months ago Ive had problems with the Climate Control display staying lit. Sometimes it will lit up sometimes it wont, and lately it wont. I already replaced the entire display but im getting the same problem so now I know its a wiring issue and most likely a ground, I followed the wires as best I could and I cant seem to find any breaks in the wire.

Anyone else have this problem, im hoping is a common problem, hopefully with a common fix.

go to top of fourm and see holy grail. do the test on the head while out. Also good wire info can be found there. Last it may be BCM interface prob, any code?

 

No Codes, Finally tracked it down to the plug that connects to the display, now to get a new plug and im good to go.. For a quick fix I used dy electric grease to help the connection and taped it to the display for added insurance.
