My dad owns a 98 Dodge Intrepid & he recently tried replacing the radio in the car, but when he did something happened... His power locks wont work, every time he turns on the car it honks, all interior lights dont work... Was wondering if he pulled a wrong cable or is shortening something?? Any suggestions

To give a new Update it seems as if something is shortening cause his power locks work when the ignition is on but everything gets erase like time on the radio & the Overhead console gets reset everytime he starts the car or has ignition on...
