I have a 1999 dodge intrepid that was rear ended by my friend . i am looking at buying a 2001 intrepid with a bad engine. i want to swap the engines and that way i'll have a nicer car. i've been told that because thier both 2nd gen engines they should be the same but i'm more worried if the computers and all the other stuff like that (which i don't understand) will work properly with the engine i swap in there?
