Default code Po1391

Replaced a 2.7L in a 2000 chrysler intrepid and it will miss and sputter when it is cold. Once it gets warmed up it is fine. A code po1391 is in the computer. Thanks for the help. By the way I have installed a new crank and cam sensor.

For my 2002 intrepid 2.7L. P1391 is for the loss of a cam or crank shaft position sensor.

I would go to a mechanic with a OBD 2 reader. he can plug his computer into your car and tell what the code means.

Default Hoping you're still a member.

I realize this posted 3 to 4 years ago, but hopefully one of you can help me. I have a 1998 Intrepid ES with a 3.2L. I went through all the same things you did. I have one more to try a fuel line pressure test if that comes out good I'll be at a loss.

If you tried the PCM and fixed the problem let me know.

Thank you, Kelley
