Default Need help.

First off is there an easy way to replace the water outlet? Can I just pull the upper and lower intake off and unbolt it from the front and pull it out? What else is involved?

Is it all one piece or can you take the top part off and replace seals to fix it?

Do I then need to somehow "bleed" the air out of the system after replacing it? If so how is that done?

Also there are 2 things in the back that bolt onto the valve cover studs with 8mm bolts and are connected to the coil pack or injector wiring harness. What are those things and what do they do?
One was broken so I tried soldering it back together not sure if it worked. Its my moms car and she says it is missing at idle so I was wondering if its because of that.
So I need to find a replacement one.

Thank You

I have been told the little black thing is a capacitor and also been told its a relay.
Anyone know what I am talking about? I got 2 new ones for $5 so I will see if it helps.
