I'm a n00b on here and did a search for BCM issues regarding the interior lights not working when door opens and supposed to fade-out when door closes but didn't find a specific. From what I've seen the BCM may be the culprit. That thing does a lot regarding the interior. The kicker symptom seems to be that the dash lights (dimmer function) seems to flicker on it's own now and again. I don't get the whole headlight flash as I've seen from other posts. You can manually operate the front dome lights so there is power there on demand. I just want some insight as to this issue before I try to replace the "Gold Plated" BCM. It is the 2.7L SE.
