I inherited a 2001 Intrepid with a 3.5 from another mechanic.

The water pump had started leaking so a new pump was installed.
The timing belt was apparently re installed wrong and the engine idled and ran poorly. The mechanic working on the car replaced the computer also.

I got the car and re installed the timing belt properly and had the original computer checked and reinstalled it as well.

Now when you first start the engine it runs poorly UNTIL you unplug the cam sensor and plug it back in. The car runs perfect. Once you shut the engine down and restart it it runs poorly again until you unplug the cam sensor again.
Codes thrown are1684, 601, 1682, 1391

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
