Default 3.2 Timing Belt Installation

I am getting ready to re-install my timing belt.

Can someone tell me this. If I have the crankshaft sproket mark lined up with the TDC mark do I want to have the little line on each cam shaft sproket splitting the two dots that are on each side of the back timing belt cover(s)?

My next question is, if they are NOT lined up -- do I just turn them to get them lined up? Do I need to go a certain direction?

Thanks for any help that is out there.
