Unhappy Electric problems

Hi I have a '02 intrepid and I'm having major computer problems. The odometer only acts like a trip meter, horn is inop, cruise control is out. Also the air bag light is on. I changed the rack and pinon and unplugged the controller, and a lot of this happened. Also a separate problem is the A/C keeps blowing fusees any help would be great thanks.

Welcome to the site. Your clock spring may need replaced and I will move this thread to the Intrepid section,

You my have let the steering column spin some when you had your rack out. That will rip the clockspring up inside. Post the fuse socket number that is blowing...one of the big 40A ? We put a bunch of fans in this model. It blows the 40A ac and the 30A fan fuse too because the relays share a common power. I think they're right beside each other.
