Have an 04 Intrepid RT w factory 17" chrome wheels. Chrome is flaking off and causing air leak at rim seal, looking for a good replacement wheel and prefer going with factory wheels on the used market. Found some from an 07 Caliber SXT, factory 17" alloys. From what I can find - specs for both cars is same except for center bore (intrepid 71.5mm, caliber 67.1mm) Is the bore on these factory wheels generally sized for an exact fit, or are they possibly sized a little larger for a variety of applications? Possible that these wheels will work on my intrepid? Any help or other suggestions appreciated. Any other vehicle models I should concentrate on for proper fitment on my intrepid?
