Default 2000 Intrepid Electrical gremlin

I have a 2000 Intrepid ES fully loaded with 3.2 l engine and 125,000 miles.
Problems started with low fuel at 50 miles ping, gas gage drops to empty (even if full). It grew to air bag idiot light staying on, engine light coming on and staying on, tachometer dropping to 0 and the no bus message coming up in the odometer and the PRNDL illuminating all gears-regardless of which gear it was in. Then the ATC would stop blowing cold air out of the dash vents and exhaust smelling blow warm air out of the defrost vents. It was intermittent then constant. It would disappear if I disconnected the battery for an hour, and then start re-appearing in sequence. I replaced the PCM and started getting new codes on my OBDII such as cam and crank position sensors, both replaced. Finally I figured the new PCM was defective, so I ordered and installed a new one. It ran fine for a day. The next morning, the symptoms began re-appearing in the sequence (1) low fuel pig, gas idiot light on, (2) gas gage drop to E, (3) air bag light coming on, (4) engine light on, (5) PRNDL all illuminated, (6) no bus. My OBDII scanner reports no codes. I disconnected the battery for an hour and started over. If I don't turn the car off, the only symptoms are the ping, empty fuel gage and the air bag light which are all intermittent. Today I started and all 6 symptoms occurred until I disconnected the battery- only 1,2 and 3 came up upon reconnection, intermittent. I took the instrument cluster out and all soldier connections appear good. It seems to be a ground problem, but I don't know how to diagnose. Help???
