Default 99 3.2 Trep - 1299, 0703

Kindly asking for any assistance. Symptoms are intermittent and mostly random. Car will buck and carry on with RPMs fluttering like you just dropped the tranny. Seems to be air petro ratio as its fouling plugs like too rich. Does not stall and always starts. Swapped out TPS and MAP with no change. Put a new IAC in today as broke other while cleaning. Vacuum seems fine and no leaks detected. Seem to notice initially when starting up a hill with increased throttle on pedal to maintain speed. There'll be a "dead" spot in the acceleration, check engine light will come on, and then I have to feather the accelerator all the way to work to avoid it bucking too much. It also doesnt seem specific to a set RPM range. Tks

Default same issue with mine

intermittent issue... then while driving all of a sudden it bucks once, engine light comes on... then anytime it gets near 3000 rpm it starts bucking like crazy until I back off and feather my way up.

don't know if it is related- but (while my battery IS old) the charging light would come on intermittently.

other day it came on and stayed on, eventually went into limp mode on highway and managed to get home.

Charged battery overnight and drove to work- light still came on.

Went to Autozone after work to check batt/charging. Machine said "voltage too low to test" so I got a new battery since the old one was 7 yrs old :-)

Light still came on but started and drove fine... went to AZ to have them check it and read the code. Voltage was again too low...but code reader said "Battery not connected to module"....

ANYONE? ANY ideas? with EITHER issue?
