1998 intrepid ES with auto climate control. The fan never shuts off and my temp is cold no matter what i set it at. I replaced the climate control module but still the same thing. I checked all wiring and grounds. I am thinking it must be the bcm. But not sure. The only code i get is 23. Which doesnt explain the fan problem. Please help.
