My 2001 trep only came with the overhead courtesy lights and a the switch for the sunroof

I picked up an overhead console (OTIS) and have installed it,
oddly enough the plug at the OTIS and the plug at the fuse panel was still there BUT the wiring running up the a pillar was gone

I ran wiring up the pillar and every feature on the OTIS works except instant mpg,
and the otis appears to drain the battery even when the key is off
I am guessing I have a wire hooked wrong


any ideas??
or would someone with a similarly equipped trep be so kind to take a pic of the wring at the plug inside the interior fusepanel??
