Default Transmission Problem

Hey, so I have done tons and tons of research on this common transmission problem. I will be driving along and as long as your steady on the gas everything is fine. If you have to step on the gas hard to merge you hear a clunk in the transmission and its revving high i'm guessing in 1st gear. It may also happen when braking hard. Everything goes back to normal when you reset the car.

From what i've found out is to replace the solenoid pack and oil and filter change and flush of the tranny. The reason i'm posting is I have 4 codes that are coming up when I scan the CEL. Maybe its this issue and theres something else wrong as well or are they all linked to this tranny problem.

P0562 System Voltage Low
P0731 Gear 1 Incorrect Ratio
P1776 Solenoid Switch Valve Latched in the LR Position
P0700 Transmission Control System (Mil Request)

Bought the car at an auction a few months ago and has done it right from day one. Probably never had a trans oil change. Is that what prevents this from happening. If I replace this solenoid with new oil and filter and change the oil at the specified intervals this won't happen again?

Thanks for any input. Car is a 2003 Dodge Intrepid
