A friend recently replaced the brake booster in his 2002 Dodge Intrepid. Brakes work fine now but the transmission has high rpms at highway speed (normal at idle) and is using huge amounts of gas. Doesn't seem to shift into higher gears. This was not a problem before the brake booster replacement. Any suggestions as to what he may have unintentionally overlooked or disconnected?
