Intrepid 2.7 to 3.5 engine/trans swap questions.

I need some information on swapping the 2.7 and trans to a 3.5 and trans. I can get the sub frame, harness and pcu from a Concord about the same year. What kind of problems might I run into?

I've got an 03 intrepid, not sure of the year of the donor car yet.

The guy thinks the Concorde is an 01, the intrepid is an 03. Don't know if the engine is good. May have to just fix the 2.7, but need the trans. Any sensor or fitment issues?
