Default Starting Problem. Please Help

So I have a 2002 Dodge Intrepid. There are no lights on the dash board lit up or anything but I am having this issue starting my car. After my car sits for a few hours it wont start. Usually in the morning and after work. Ill get in and turn the key and all the lights come on so I know its not the battery. but when i turn it it just kinda clicks and does not turn over or anything. After I try a few times (sometimes more than a few times) it comes on. But once the car is warmed up it will start with no issue. I can go in and watch a movie and come out and it will start just fine. But in the morning and after working 10 hours it gives me issues. I was thinking maybe I need a new starter or even just an O2 Sensor but im not expert. Can anyone give any advice here?

Have you had the battery tested?

the batter and alternator are brand new. had them both replaced about 2 months ago. The headlights and all the other lights work strong with no flickering.
