In my 2000 Dodge Intrepid if I hit the lock button on my key fob the horn starts to blare. I can it to stop by tapping the horn. If I leave the car unlocked no problems. If I lock doors by door lock button it may do the same thing with the horn but not that often. Is it a possible alarm problem or possible BCM problem have had no other issues in the car other than the fuse blew for the power amplifier which also controls the horn I believe. Any ideas.
