Default Stronger Heater Resistor for 99 Intrepid

I thought at one time someone mentioned that there was a stronger (voltage) for a Heater Resistor that I could put in my Intrepid to last longer than the OEM one. Possibly available for a Jeep product but interchangeable with the Intrepid.
If anyone knows of such as beast, please advise of part number and if it's available other than a dealership.

You're not worried about voltage... You're worried about the current... hence the resistor, it resists the current. If you put in a higher resistor pack, you're most likely going to set something on fire due to the higher temperatures due to resistance. Think about it too, ALL MODERN cars have 12 volts. But I do not know of an interchangable part with higher resistance. That would also just make your fan move slower.
