NEED HELP W/ 99 INTREPID

replaced engine in 99 intrepid. everytime i turn it over the rpms jump up really quick like i got my foot on the gas. don't know how to lower it

there is a screw at the bottom of the throttle body pully, go ahead and loosen it to bring down the idling RPM.
