The headlights flicker on and off sometimes a lot, sometimes a couple times in a mile. I'm just waiting to get pulled over. I changed the headlight switch(new), cleaned all of the ground connections I could find. Checked the battery connections are clean and tight. Changed the blinker switch (but I used a junk yard part). Unplugged one of the headlights to see if less of a draw would stop it. Changed the relays. Swapped fusses. Traced the wireing as far as the car's designer would allow me to without removing the fender. Checked the plugs on the back of the fuse box. I'm running out ideas to check for, any help would be appreciated, Thankyou

 

Theres probably a short somewhere or loss of power connections somewhere.
