Only way to get into trunk is by key. Keychain remote and Push button in dash don't work. Any suggestions on fix or how to locate problem?

My guess is :

If there is a fuse for the trunk release servo, replace it. It may look good, but looks are deceiving.

There may be a loose wire connected to the ground or going to the servo for the trunk release. This includes wires that are burnt, cut, or even wires rubbing against metal(bare on bare or bare on metal action.)

The servo may have taken a dump.
