All the after-market struts do. Only the OEM stuff might not.

My KYB GR2's definitely do.

There is a guy on ne ons.org that makes the rear perches/brackets. his name is Daaboots. They can be used on any neon to mount a 2G rear sway bar. I have them along with a 19mm rear sway from a 2G r/t. That is the largest rear sway from factory. The srt only have a 17mm, and all 1G and 2G baseline models have the 16mm. Believe he's selling them for $35-$40 shipped from Canada.
