does anyone know if it's possible to install keyless entry system in a 'manual' 2000 dodge neon?
and if so, what is it that i need in order to do so?

Yes, it is possible to add keyless entry, but only if you have power locks. If you have manual locks/windows then you'll have a bit of wiring to do...for the actual keyless entry module, I think your best bet would be some kind of aftermarket unit...
