I would like to turn off/disable the automatic lock feature that locks the doors at like 20mph on my 2005 SXT Neon. I do not havethe car'smanual to look in.

 

As far as I know there is no way to disable this since its a safety feature...just wondering, but why would you want it disabled anyways?

you could just hit unlock it yourself at anyspeed

OR get a base model neon with nothing power and there you go

 

Well I am the second owner of the car and I do not know if it had the keyless entry which I could unlock the doors that way. It is just annoying to have to go to the drivers door unlock with key, open door hit unlock, and then go back to the other side to put/get something out of the car. Did all 2005 SXT Neons come with the keyless entry option, if not how could I determine if my car has the capability for it?
