Ok so I've decided to go with the Crane 14 Camshaft I know about the valve spring upgrade and all the other stuff. How do I remove the PCM rev-limiter??? Also I would like to know about the timing if I go with the AEM adjustable gear how does that work I do know about timing and all that but thatwas only on stock engines and I am still pissed about my certification score.

 

on a 04 there is no easy way too up the rev limit unles you go ms
but what you can do is with the cam gear is move the power band of the cam too be in the car rev limit
but you are gonna have too get some dyno time too get it perfect. but you just advance the timing 1deg then pull if you make more power than at 0 then advance one more till the power drops of then go back one

 

so would you suggest I get the MS before I decide to do any heavy engine modding????

The cam 14 will make it's potential power well over the rev limit so I would consider upgrading the computer before doing that. For the RT, there are also cams more suitable for the stock rev limit. I believe there is the comp cam 400. 03neonRT has it.
