hi guys/gals.
my father was just given a 2000 neon wth atx trans. hes having a problem with it when he slows down between 20 to 30 mph. its like the engine stutters, jerks, vibratesand wants to cut off. it happens when either he breaks or let it coast. any help is appreciated.

also....a mtx swap is not goin to help since my pops hates driving stick. [sm=forgetit.gif]
