I am pretty sure the 03-05 Hahn kit come with the portfuler to bypass the computer limiting problems associated with the NGC. That is the best reason not to try to fit 00-02 on the 03-05 models. Intrestingly enough, Hahn also doesn't offer a 100% fit kit for the magnum engines. I called them one time before i decided to go all show, no go.

How good and reliable are the hanh kits? There's a guy selling one on another forum and i'm considering buying one as opposed to doing the swap. I could save a lot of money...

They are very reliable as long as youstick to the recommendations. You can't run more than 10 psi safetly on a stock bottom end. (8 psi is pretty much the best for sbe). At 8 psi the Super 16G hahn turbo is about210 whp depending on mods. The Super 20G hahn turbomight be too much for stock bottom end but it canput the end closer to300 whp depending on mods. average for 20G is about 260whp tho.
