Im not sure how it is on the newer neons, but on the 2000s, it has 2, one after the header and 1 on the cat.

It looks like the o2 sensor on the downpipe is for a wideband A/F gauge...as for your parts...well, its a Pacesetter header (enough said) and those exhaust tips are enormous and look too disproportionate to the rear of the car. Exhaust cutouts in the bumper would make that exhaust much better and really help blend in those big tips to the rest of the car. Dont really like the tailights either, but I always liked the 03+ rear better anyways.
But of course this is all just my personal opinion...

I know it, that exhaust system has really bothered me the day I saw it, it just does not look right the way it comes down with those oversized tips, so its definately why I am putting this rediculous amount of money into buying a new bumper and getting those tips to fit into a bumper. I don't think you've gotten a good picture of the tail lights though, they look AMAZING, and nobody else runs true clear tail lights. I put in custom LED's into all three lights as well, so they are completely clear, and they look so sweet at night, especially when the white underglow kit is on. The flash on the camera really screwed with the tail lights, i need to get a better shot up when its not raining. I think you'll change your mind on this car once I get those sweet 17" rims on, it gets lowered, and I get the exhaust system tucked up into some nice exhaust cutouts to make the tips look mint!

P/S: What did you mean when you said Pacesetter Header (enough said)...i wasn't sure if that was a knock on the header or a compliment...I've put a ton of work into this car, and I have kept it clean, simple, yet very mean...and I know there are still some things that look weird on the car, but I'm only 17 and I am doing as much as I can as fast as I can with the money I make a week, but I've done pretty good so far, and I know what needs work, such as the exhaust, this wednesday it's goin to the paint shop and the r/t bumper is being put on and the vibrant is getting customly fit into the cutouts, should be mighty fine!

I think he means that anything Pacesetter is a POS. If he doesn't mean that, then I'm going to say that Pacesetter is a POS. I've had to replace my Pacesetter header and soon I'll be replacing my P. cat-back b/c of the poor quality.
