Default Removing the cat??

Hey guys, have kind of be contemplating taking the cat off my car once I get my state inspection. As of now I have an oversized cat (3")on there to begin with off the header. Would removing the cat increase the loudness of my exhaust system, and aid in a little more h/p as well air flow? Keep in mind Im a freak when it comes to loud exhaust, so I like to look foranything that can make my vibrant scream as loud as possible haha! Hit me back guys, thanks!

It will increase the volume of the exhaust, and it will have zero performance value, if anything, you will lose power throughout the powerband.

If u have serious mods that would seriouisly change the exhaust flow (cam etc.) then u wont loose power. Otherwise u will.

it would sound like crap, just keep it on. you wont get any performance gains out of it and it can only get ou into trouble
