As far as the inserts go, I have the race inserts and they make the car vibrate a lot more when the AC is on. The street inserts are obviously not as harsh as the race inserts.

I have the MPX 60mm tb and u do need the adapter to go along with it.

As far as the Indy: Keep in mind that you would have to customize a gasket to go along with it. U can see my customized gasket right behind the Indy. It's blue.

I had to install the adaptor for the tb in my auto 04 sxt maybe becasue you have an older 2nd genblackand stick maybe thats why you didnt have to use the adaptor. I would get it to make sure and if you dont need it send it back . Thats what I was going to do and you do have to customize the gasket like black said for the indy intake manifold mines red.

With all your current mods along with the INDY and a 60mm TB, you might see a 10whp gain over stock...maybe.
Let me restate this just so theres no "confusion"...

A stock ATX will have, on average, 100whp-110whp stock...so with all your mods, and the ones you have listed, you might get to 120whp, maybe. And with further small mods, like spark plugs, wires, coil pack, and things like that dont really do anything in the adding WHP/WTQ area...just an FYI so you dont get this false sense of huge gains with these simple mods.
