Default stiff brake pedal???

Alright I have a 96 2 door non abs, DOHC can o crap that I'm working on. I've replaced the calipers, booster, and bled the brakes everything was fine until a couple days ago when the stopping distance of the vehicle started to increase steadily, and the pedal became stiffer. I replaced the master cylinder and still the same. Did a little Trouble shooting and the booster works fine. the master cylinder is working fine, I bled the bakes again, fluid flow is good. what the heck else could this be????? Have any ideas????

there is no pull to one side or the other, pads and shoes are in good shape, rotors are in good shape as well. e-brake works well.......

also when you hold the pedal down for 5 secs and let off quickly the car wants to die....

well replace the drums with discs that would be the first thing i would do.... and check to see if your front rotors are worn or warped... that could be a cause....
